Aims:

    1. Freedom for all women to decide whether or not to continue with a pregnancy.
    2. Providing women with access to the best medical techniques available, when and if they opt for abortion.
    3. Providing women with psychological and/or social support relating to abortion - where necessary and appropriate.
    4. Supporting women and men in informed choices concerning contraception.
    5. Maintaining the highest possible standards in abortion practise and providing contraception, without commercial intent.

Objectives:

    1. Obtaining the right to abortion for every woman.
    2. Harmonization of legislation concerning abortion according to the basic principles of the Federation.
    3. Freedom of access to all abortion methods in all countries.

Activities:

    1. FIAPAC organizes seminars and conferences.
    2. Publishes a biannual bulletin for those interested in the issue of abortion and contraception and who wish to share ideas and experiences.
