Abortion Rights has launched a new ‘speak out’ campaign website to break the silence around abortion and lobby for liberalisation of the abortion law.

Hundreds have already added their message of support, including Polly Toynbee, Kira Cochrane and Zoe Williams and dozens of women have written about their own abortion. Like Similar influential projects in the US we will use the website to help re-shape the abortion debate and oppose attacks. We will use it to lobby the government for an abortion law where women – rather than doctors – make the abortion decision and where unfair obstacles to abortion access are removed.
