Abortion Rights needs two enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers (unpaid) to support the work of the office. This is an exciting opportunity to directly support women’s key rights during a key time. Volunteers will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills and experience in a voluntary sector setting.
The work will be based in our London office. It will include administration support for developing our active membership base and assistance in our current campaign to defend and extend abortion rights. The commitment will be a minimum of 1 day (ideally 2 days) a week for a period of at least three months. Your travel costs within London and a lunch allowance will be paid. The person Will preferably have relevant additional experience. You will need good written and verbal communication skills; good IT skills; be able to follow instruction and be capable of working independently and managing your own time effectively. You must be committed to the work and aims of Abortion Rights. The vacancies are available immediately.
